Ticket Policies

For Season Ticket Holders:

Ticket Forwarding:
As a benefit of being a Portland Timbers season ticket holder, you can forward your tickets via email to anyone up to two (2) hours prior to each match. This service is FREE. To forward your tickets, follow this easy three step process:

  • Log into your “My Portland Timbers Account” with your personalized account number (or account email) and password.
  • Select the “Manage Tickets” area and choose the match(es) and ticket or group of tickets you wish to send.
  • Enter the recipient’s information and select “Forward.”

Upon forwarding your tickets, the barcode on your original season ticket will be cancelled and a new one issued electronically.

Lost your tickets? Please follow the process outlined above and forward the tickets to yourself.

Other Information:

Children
Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult's lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price.

Disabled Seating
All wheelchair spaces and companion seating are assigned unless in the Timbers Army. Seats may be purchased in advance by phone through Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000 or in-person at the JELD-WEN Field box office. Relocations are also available for guests with limited availability. Guests may pre-arrange special wheelchair needs by calling JELD-WEN Field at 503.553.5523 to schedule an escort to/from their seating location. JELD-WEN Field meets all ADA requirements.

Game day Service Locations
Portland Timbers customer service specialists will be available to answer ticket related questions and/or concerns the day-of-the-match at the JELD-WEN Field Box office located at 18th & Morrison. In stadium questions can be answered at the Guest Services Center located behind section 105.

General Box Office Information
The JELD-WEN Field Stadium Box office is next to Gate 4 on the KeyBank Plaza at the corner of SW 18th Avenue and SW Morrison.

  • The JELD-WEN Field Box Office is now closed
  • It will open again in 2012 when individual tickets go on sale (Exact date TBD)
  • Portland State University football tickets are available at PSU campus, at the JELD-WEN Field Box Office on game days only and online at www.ticketmaster.com
  • JELD-WEN Field Box Office opens 3 hours prior to all remaining football events (PSU/High School)

Lost Tickets

For Season Ticket Holders:

Follow the email forwarding instructions below and forward the tickets to yourself via email. There will be a re-print fee of $5 for 2012 matches on game days at the Box Office.

For Single-Game Ticket Customers:

Present your receipt at the JELD-WEN Field box office. No re-prints will be issued if the original receipt is not presented. Upon re-printing your tickets, the barcodes on your original tickets will be invalidated.

Refund Policy
The purchase of or any money paid on Portland Timbers tickets is not refundable.

Re-Entry
For almost all events at JELD-WEN Field, including Portland Timbers games, re-entry is not allowed.

Reprint Fee
The Portland Timbers will charge a $5/ticket reprint fee for lost or forgotten season tickets on game days, a full season reprint charge will be $25.

Paid in Full Deadline
2012 season tickets must be paid in full by March 31, 2012 or be committed to a payment plan. Tickets will be cancelled and barred from entry until full payment is received after this date.

Seat/Account Transfers
There is a transfer charge of $25 and the newly created accounts will need to pay processing fees. Season tickets can only be transferred by the primary account holder in writing to ticketservices@portlandtimbers.com.

Ticket Abuse
The Portland Timbers reserve the right to revoke season tickets from any account determined to be abusing the ability to re-print and/or re-sell their season tickets.

Types of Payment Accepted
The JELD-WEN Field box office accepts cash and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Checks are not accepted.

Unused Tickets
Season Ticket holders are encouraged to contact their Service Rep prior to any game to go over options available for tickets that may be going unused.

Will Call
Will Call is located in the main JELD-WEN Field box office on the 18th and Morrison St. plaza. Will Call tickets are available for pick-up beginning two (2) hours prior to each JELD-WEN Field event. Suite will call tickets are available on the 20th Ave. plaza. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account header card or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver's license, and purchasing credit card, if applicable.
