Marcelin joined the Timbers MLS side after one season with the club in the second division in 2010. Signed by Portland on Dec. 15, 2010, Marcelin played two seasons with the Puerto Rico Islanders in the USL First Division, where he made back-to-back CONCACAF Champions League appearances. He has been a part of the Haiti National Team since 2007, competing in both the 2007 and 2009 CONCACAF Gold Cups among his senior team appearances.

2012: Logged 14 minuntes of action on March 31 against Real Salt Lake ... Played the final 13 minutes of a 1-1 draw with FC Dallas on March 17 ... Made his season debut March 12 against Philadelphia as an 80th-minute sub.

2011: Made his MLS debut at New England on April 2 ... Went on to start 12 of his 20 league appearances throughout the season ...
