Youth Soccer:
The Portland Timbers offer youth soccer teams the ability to engage and participate in the Major League Soccer match-day experience. Every match is an event at JELD-WEN Field, and the Timbers have a variety of great opportunities where your youth club can be actively involved in activities on the field. These special activities include:
- Dream Team - Get the chance to accompany the Portland Timbers and other MLS stars as they enter the stadium and stand with them for the National Anthem
- Papa Murphy’s Mini-Match - Your team can share the same pitch as the Portland Timbers during pre-game or halftime
- Ball Kids - Get the opportunity to hand the ball to Portland Timber Jack Jewsbury for throw-ins
- Team Parties
Other Pre-Game Activities:
- Benchwarmers – Be on the pitch and watch pre-game warm-ups from the players’ benches with your group
- Greet the Team – Your group has the opportunity to high five the Timbers as they come onto the pitch for warm-ups and then watch them warm up from behind the field boards
