Donation Requests
The Portland Timbers are committed to being active leaders in the community. The Timbers assist numerous schools, youth programs and non-profit organizations each year through the donation of tickets and promotion items.
Below are guidelines for requesting a donation from the team.
- All requests must be typed on official organization letterhead.
- Requests must be received no later than four (4) weeks prior to the deadline for donation.
- Date of event and deadline for donation if different.
- All requests must include the following information:
- Organization's 501 non-profit tax ID number
- Who/what is benefiting from the event
- Contact name, mailing address and phone number
- Mail requests to PGE Park; 1844 SW Morrison; Portland, OR 97205 or fax to (503) 553-5405.
Due to the large number of requests, late or incomplete requests will not be considered. Also, please note that the Timbers are only able to assist each organization once a year and the team does not consider cash requests.
